The Idaho World is under new (old) ownership and we are still learning about the website and how to update it.  Until then, we apologize for our delay in providing current information.

Serving Boise County since 1863, the Idaho World is a community newspaper with weekly news and information from each of the four corners of Boise County. Our County includes 4 incorporated cities: Idaho City, Horseshoe Bend, Crouch and Placerville; 3 school districts: Boise Basin, Horseshoe Bend and Garden Valley; and the distinct communities of Lowman, Centerville, Garden Valley, Clear Creek, Wilderness Ranch, and Star Ranch. 

We are the oldest continuously published newspaper in the state of Idaho.
